ととのう【調う】

〔必要な物がそろう･まとまる〕 be settled; be in (good) order.

●縁談が調う the arranged marriage is settled

・書類が調っている the documents are in order

・設備が調っている have all the facilities.

●これで新居の家具はすべて調った. Now we have all the furniture we need for our new house.

・交渉はうまく調った. The negotiations came to a satisfactory conclusion.
